It is possible to take an option on one or several villas for 48 hours, this gives you time to decide with your travel companions which property suits you best and search for adequate flights. When you make your choice and wish to proceed with the booking, we ask you kindly to provide us via email the following information:

 

Name main contact

Address

Telephone number

Passport Number

Number of adults and number of children younger than 16 years

Name of the villa

Period you want to book.

Method of payment that you prefer

 

We will then make a reservation confirmation; you will receive an email with all the details regarding the deposit.

After this confirmation, you have a period of 7 days in which the deposit needs to be paid.

Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking is confirmed and you will receive the booking agreement for the booked property by e-mail.

 

How to Pay

The deposit of 25% of the rent (50% in case of a VIP villa) can be done by credit card or by bank transfer. Give us your preference during the booking process, we will provide you with the necessary information on the booking confirmation.

The final payment for most villas can be made in the following ways, depending on your preference.

• Bank transfer, 1 week before arrival

• Credit card at the check in in the villa

• Cash at check in in the villa

The final payment for other villas:

• 35 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card

 

Please take into account that all costs regarding any payments made to us are for the client. Our rates are listed in Euros, we will gladly give you the amount in Pounds or Dollars, the current exchange rate will apply.

 

The amount of damage deposit depends on the rented villa and will be taken by block on the credit card. After departure and control of the rented property we will un block this amount. In case of damage we will inform you about the costs by email.
